The Lichfield Festival is delighted to announce BMW Plant Hams Hall will be its Principal Partner for a record seventh successive year in a sponsorship deal that brings cutting-edge engine technology together with the finest performers in contemporary arts and culture.
“Our shared values and passion for providing unique and diverse experiences along with outstanding performance form the basis of what has become a successful partnership between BMW and The Lichfield Festival,” said Mathias Hofmann, plant director at BMW’s engine manufacturing plant in Hams Hall, North Warwickshire.
“I am pleased we are able to continue this partnership for the seventh successive year and I am very much looking forward to this year’s festival programme.”
Festival director Fiona Stuart said: “The support of BMW Hams Hall means a great deal to the Lichfield Festival. Not only does it help us to present a strong artistic programme for the benefit of the people of Staffordshire and beyond, but it also sends out the clear message that our common goal, be it in motor engineering or artistic endeavour, is to meet the highest standards.”
The Lichfield Festival (July 8-18, 2010) will comprise over 70 music, literary, film, theatre and associated art events at a variety of venues, as well as a programme of education activities for school groups and individuals. There are also two large-scale, free events. Details of the full programme will be released in April.
The Lichfield Festival offers a diverse range of opportunities for sponsors. For more information, contact Vicki Stanley, development manager on 01543 306272 or email
