TIckets are available on the door at most Festival events, subject to availability. Cash payments only.

Booking Fees
Ticket prices included in this brochure are inclusive of the Garrick Theatre’s ticket levy. Additional booking/postage fees may apply.

Discounted Tickets and Offers

Festival Gold Pass
Want to get the most out of your Festival experience? Save money on our selected highlight events when you purchase a Gold Pass ticket. A limited number of passes only are availabie.
Each Gold Pass includes a best available seat to Ballet Cymru, Evelyn Glennie, Police Cops, Sir Tony Robinson and the BBC Concert Orchestra. Total price £92 – a saving of 10% on the cost of your tickets when purchased individually. All tickets must be ordered at the same time. Gold Pass Tickets cannot be exchanged for other events either at point of sale or at a later date.

Under 25s
Thanks to Arts Council England we are able to offer a limited number of free tickets to under 25 year olds. To register for this opportunity download information from Limited availability and restrictions apply.

Students/Unemployed/Under 25s On The Door
Tickets remaining on the door are just £7 for all events, subject to availability and on presentation of valid ID.

Carer’s Seats
Companions or support workers are entitled to a ticket at 50% of the adult ticket price when accompanying disabled patrons.

Young Artist Series Deal
Book for any 4 concerts and get the 5th free. Choose from events 8A 9A 10A 11A 12A 13C 14B 15D (cheapest ticket is free)

Group Discount
Groups of 10+ receive a 10% discount on tickets. Not available via online booking.

Terms and Conditions

Changes to the programme
Information and prices in this brochure were correct at the time of going to print. Please check details when booking your tickets. Unforeseen circumstances may result in changes and show running times may vary. Regular updates will appear on the Festival website.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets may not be refunded once purchased. Unwanted tickets may be exchanged for alternative Festival events to the same value or a higher value with the difference paid. No change or credit can be given when exchanged for a lower value. Returned tickets for sold-out shows will be offered for re-sale. If resold a refund can be made.

The use of cameras and mobile phones for recording Festival events is strictly prohibited.

Ticket Holders
Unless otherwise specified in the brochure, all attendees to an event must possess a valid ticket, including parents at family events and babes in arms.

Seating Plans
The Festival reserves the right to alter seating plan arrangements where necessary to accommodate individual events in non-traditional venue spaces.

Wheelchair/Access spaces are limited in some venues. Please notify the box office on booking to ensure that all requirements are met. Please note that the Festival is unable to issue parking passes for any venues.
