This year at the Lichfield Festival we are proud to be championing a new strand to our programme which actively promotes the well-being of our audiences and residents of Lichfield.

Everyday during the Lichfield Festival 2019 at 10am we will host our Wellness Hour with varied activities and events aimed at contributing to the well-being of those who attend and 50% of the Wellness Hour events are completely FREE to participants!

The Wellness Hour events include:

Pilates with Angela Chaudhry

For the first of our 2019 Wellness hours, we invite you to join our introduction to Pilates, led by qualified instructor, Angela Chaudhry. Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way. With particular emphasis on “core” strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing, it was developed by German-born Joseph Pilates, who believed mental and physical health were closely connected.
